Shipping Policies

All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email. For Pre-order/Order-upon-request item, it usually takes 10-18 days for order processing and production. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


- We use Canada Post Expedited Service. Estimated delivery time: 2-10 business days.

- For US orders, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA. Estimated delivery time: 5-14 business days.


Due to COVID-19, we currently do not ship internationally except for USA. We apologize for that and please visit our website for updates later.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ALANUNU CANADA INC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
