Exchange & Return Policies
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please fill out the Return Form and follow the instructions to proceed.
ALANUNU is not responsible for the cost of return shipping postage (excluding for exchange or return of damaged or wrong items, see below "Damages and issues"). We highly recommend you use a tracked delivery method for return item(s). Proof of posting is not proof of receipt, and all items remain the responsibility of the customers until they are received back by us at ALANUNU CANADA INC.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. ALANUNU will be responsible for the cost of return shipping postage. Please send us a copy of the postage invoice and we will refund the full cost of the original purchase and the return shipping postage to your original payment method as soon as we receive the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sales, and customized items as well as gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded (the shipping cost for the original purchase will be deducted from the total refund amount, including free shipping items.) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you change your mind of a purchase, you can cancel the order by contacting us at contact@alanunu.com before the order is shipped. You will be fully refunded on your original payment method. The order can not be cancelled once it is shipped.
